Small Dwelling Company was started because of our passion to live a simpler more filling lifestyle. Just like most we spent years caught up in the hustle and bustle of society. Wanting this and having to have that.
With Small Dwelling Company your options are unlimited. We have no certain style you have to follow. We will take your ideas and wants and create a home to help you live the life you want to live. Your home should be unique to you and if you are as excited as we are about the “tiny house movement” we would be delighted to work with you.

OUR VISION

We recently purchased 12 acres located on I-20 in Palo Pinto County to build a “small dwelling” gated community. It includes a community garden, walking trails, and rain harvesting. We want to create a place for those looking to live in the woods in solitude but also community.
