Fiero

Everything is BIGGER in Texas. Even this 28-30 ft tiny house.

The Fiero was designed by Cory Hagen at Tiny Modern Homes

LARGE LIVING ROOM OR SMALL LIVING ROOM W/BEDROOM?

We wanted to make sure to have an optional sleeping area down stairs just in case the loft isn’t for you. So we made the living area as large as possible just in case you want to take advantage of this option. If you want the bedroom downstairs we offer a sliding divider wall to separate the bed from the 7ft couch area that sits in front of the wheel fender against the kitchen cabinets.

THE “NOT SO TINY” KITCHEN

We went all out on the kitchen. Walnut counter tops, custom cabinets, stainless farm sink, gas convection oven and to top it off we added a beautiful vent hood from Italy. This is a kitchen any cook would be proud of. Plenty of storage, soft close high quality drawer slides and door closures throughout and we even added kick-plate drawers to use up every single inch of space.

STAIRCASE AND STORAGE, ALL IN ONE

Getting into the loft is always tricky in a tiny house. We take a lot of pride in our staircases and the safety level we try to build to. This staircase was no different. Making sure to use the correct rise to tread ratio our staircases are as comfortable to walk up as any staircase around. This staircase has an abundant amount of drawers, cabinets and cubbies. The bottom step sits between two 500 lb rated drawer slides and lock in and out of place for security (picture shown without handrail).

THE LOFT

The loft is large enough for a king size bed with awning style windows on each side (picture shown without handrail).

A BATHROOM WITH ROOM

Vented washer/dryer, 3 closets, 4 drawers and 2 cubbies this bathroom we used every inch of usable wall for storage.

CONVENIENCE OF A CONVENTIONAL HOME

With a full size shower and residential flushing toilet this bathroom has everything you would want in a home.
