At only 20 feet long, Little Blue is easily towable by a 3/4 ton truck. The exterior siding is a combination of wood and metal, giving the home an urban, modern appearance. An optional deck makes it easy to expand your living space into the outdoors.
Residential-quality windows are used throughout. Massive corner windows in the bedroom and living areas flood the space with natural light and offer amazing cross-ventilation. The built-in corner sofa provides seating for 4-5 adults, tons of storage space, and easily converts to a guest sleeping space. There’s even a built-in end table with charging ports for all your devices!
Little Blue is tiny, but offers big amenities. Included with the home is a large refrigerator/freezer, washer/dryer combo, dishwasher (under the sink), and tons of storage for kitchen items, clothing and everything else you need to live comfortably.
Little Blue measures 8.5 feet wide by 20 feet long and offers 170 square feet of living space. The bedroom area is perfectly-sized to fit a 48” wide mattress.
Measuring just 35 inches by 76 inches, Little Blue’s bathroom is a prime example of maximizing limited space. A full-sized 30” x 36” shower includes a convenient ledge. The slim sink is wide enough to wash your face and hands with ease, and you can choose from a composting, RV-style or standard-flush toilet. The round window and world-class finishes make you feel like you are on board a luxury yacht.
A fold-down desk lets you work from home, and can be stored away when not in use to create additional living room space. Sharp corners are eliminated wherever possible to make navigating your home’s interior more comfortable.
